Basile De Wulf , a graduate of the Ter Duinen hotel school in Koksijde, continued his training at the Vieusart Academy of Culinary Arts.


Passionate about travel and eager for discovery, he has enriched himself with different culinary styles by working in great establishments, from Stockholm to Brussels, via Paris, Barcelona, Antwerp and Bruges.

 

In May 2021, Basile opened his first establishment,

an unusual wooden chalet, nestled in the heart of the La Petite Campagne farm in the village of Bovesse.

With just one desire: to treat yourself well !

 

After four years spent by your side, it was time to find a setting worthy of the cuisine he wanted to share.

 

Today, Basile has settled in at the Château des Béguines, a place steeped in history where past and future meet. It will now be the setting for his cuisine: delicious, joyful, and full of freshness.

Our aim is to offer you signature cuisine.
